Age and Compliance

Our products are not for use by or sale to persons under the age of 18. All CBD and cannabinoid products contain less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC per the Controlled Substances Act as amended by the 2018 Farm Bill. It is your responsibility to know the rules of your state or region before ordering.

Health Notice

Do not use these products if you are pregnant or nursing. Seek the advice of your doctor before using these or any supplemental dietary products, especially if you take medication or have an underlying condition. Ordering and Shipping

Orders ship to jurisdictions where the products are lawful. Shipping timelines and carriers are confirmed at the time of order. Adult signature may be required on delivery for certain products.

Exchanges and Returns

If something arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@alkhemiwellness.com with your order details and photos, and we will make it right. For safety reasons, ingestible and inhalable products cannot be returned or exchanged once opened.

Wholesale Terms

Distributor, wholesaler and retailer pricing is extended after application approval. Minimum orders apply at each tier, and discounts vary by product line and volume.
